▼ Ming Jiang Legend & Sunday Hobby jointly released the first assembly Tengu Judge Yijing Model Kit is getting closer and closer! Although it continues the style of the previous work "Akaki Jaku · Kiyomori", there are quite significant progress in the skeleton, overall design, and assembly experience. Let's take a closer look today!

▼ Overview of the panels As it is a sample, there is no official packaging yet. There are 32 pieces of panels + 1 piece of base Skeleton is pre-assembled POM + alloy material.

▼ The main body armor is semi-glossy molded color, and the skeleton part is matte gray. Some mechanical details and weapons are pre-painted in metal colors. There will be a "hidden water spout" configuration according to the national model convention.

▼ This time, the transparent parts are made of flexible transparent materials and have a special "photochromic effect". Apart from fluorescent reactions to UV lamps, there are also obvious color changes depending on the base color.

▼ The small piece of panel in the picture is made of "luminous" material.

▼ The kit comes with a water slide and aluminum foil metal stickers. (Currently, the color of the water slide is not the final version)

▼ The basic skeleton part is completely different from Akaki Jaku at the shoulder, hip, and ankle 3 major load-bearing joints are made of alloy parts, while the rest are mainly composed of POM + alloy posts, making the model have a solid joint foundation.

▼ Although the assembly of the frame is omitted, the kit also has a good combination performance. However, the actual assembly process will take about 6-7 hours.

Tengu Judge Yijing
▼ The overall height of the machine is about 28cm, even without the backpack, the shape gives the impression of a muscular fighter. Especially when the forearm armor is installed upside down, it feels more like a boxing glove. The main color scheme is blue-purple, and the white molded color is not pure white but has a blue tint. In the assembly, the overall color coordination is very harmonious and neat. The head sculpt and the tengu head in front of the chest shine under purple light, giving them a divine look.

▼ The advanced form with the backpack is closer to the image of "Crow Tengu". The wings and light feather combinations, when fully opened, give the machine a very imposing presence.

▼ In comparison with the previous work "Akaki Jaku · Kiyomori", although they have similar details and styles, according to historical records, they should be arch-enemies.

▼ Although the backpack plug holes are similar, they cannot be swapped.

▼ Like the previous work, the head has three different faces that can be replaced, corresponding to "normal", "awakened", and "Tengu face". The replacement design has been optimized, but replacing the smaller "normal / awakened" parts can still be quite cumbersome.

▼ The back of the head inherits the design of "Akaki Jaku" and can be replaced with a hair status. The details of the hair styling are very detailed.

▼ The mouth of the "tengu" head in front of the chest can be opened, and the coiled scroll can be removed. (It would be nice if the scroll was set as a cockpit!)

▼ The forearm armor can be rotated to the desired angle according to personal preference.

▼ Inside the forearm armor, there are details of shock absorbers and heat sinks.

▼ The sturdy leg design uses a lot of triangular shapes to enhance the overall look, giving a stronger sense of attack.

▼ Both front and rear skirt armor have designs that can be opened, with mechanical details depicted inside the skirt armor.

▼ The central part of the wing backpack can be used to store "long knives" or support combinations.

▼ The wings are designed with two unfolding structures, revealing the internal gold skeleton. The back of the wings has rich mechanical details, and each feather can be adjusted in all directions. By using connecting parts, the wings can be adjusted towards the front of the machine as a defensive stance.

Can move & weapons

▼ The neck joint can be stretched to lift the head up and down, allowing the head to move freely.

▼ Although there is a large animal head design on the chest, using the flexible waist joint advantage and adjusting the angle of the animal head allows for more freedom of movement in the waist area.

▼ With arms raised at a 90-degree angle, elbows can bend at a 120-degree angle, and shoulder joints can stretch about 45 degrees. It is a very standard movable joint design.

▼ There are 4 types of replacement hands: open palm, hand gesture, fist, and weapon grip. The wrist part is a ball joint combined with the arm.

▼ The knee bending angle is about 90 degrees, and the knee, thigh armor will open in conjunction with bending. The hip joint is designed to pull down, combined with a wide range of ankle grounding, allowing for a very standard one-knee kneeling action.

▼ Weapons include: staff, long knives-kneeballs, military supplies-fan.

▼ The blade of the long knife-kneeball is pre-painted silver. By replacing the blade connecting part, it can be transformed into a large beam sword.

▼ The military supply can be combined with the light feather to form a "Tengu's feather fan" shape. As the largest weapon in the kit, the sequence of light feathers can be adjusted and arranged according to personal preference.

▼ Compared to the long knife and fan that can be combined with the light feathers, the gameplay of the staff is somewhat monotonous.

▼ The base stand is designed similar to a shikigami summoning altar. The four corners have space for storing small accessories and serving as a weapon stand for the staff and fan. The stand also has a locking structure to extend and adjust the angle.

▼ Although this kit is the second in the "Inscription" series, it is also the first of several satellite works announced by "SUNDAY HOBBY". In the 188 price range of the national model, the overall production has reached a high level. Perhaps due to cost constraints, the gold details on the forehead of the head sculpt can only be reproduced through aluminum foil stickers, which is a small regret.
