▼ The first releases from HEMOXIAN's brand-new original IP Cat & Dog Special Task Force are arriving soon with the model kits COLAJI Activer and HUSKY Demolisher.
Featuring adorable animal pilots paired with large mechanized vehicles, the kits incorporate playful mechanical gimmicks and clever design elements that feel like they’re constantly plotting their next “demolition project.” With their strong visual character and engaging play features, let’s take a closer look at what these kits have to offer.
Packaging & Accessories
▼ Both kits feature vibrant illustrated box art that blends cuteness with mechanical coolness.
The two boxes can also be placed side by side to form a complete panoramic illustration.
▼ Each kit includes a character and mecha setting booklet for the Cat & Dog Special Task Force universe.
Inside, you’ll find background lore for the series, introductions to COLAJI and HUSKY, and their respective mechs Activer and Demolisher.
The booklet also previews future characters and feline vehicles planned for the lineup, many of which look incredibly fun and promising. Hopefully we’ll see them materialize sooner rather than later.

Both mechanical vehicles feature distinct creative concepts, with noticeable differences in scale and playability.
Despite their differences, the interaction between the two kits is particularly well executed.
Thanks to the use of color-separated molded parts and tampo-printed markings, the straight build already delivers an impressive out-of-box presentation.
▼ Both kits also include their own triangular warning road signs.
HUSKY’s “Demolition” sign in particular will likely resonate with many fans.
▼ The display stand offers two adjustable support arm lengths, and attaches magnetically to a steel base plate, ensuring excellent stability.
▼ COLAJI – Activer
The Activer vehicle draws inspiration from an unusual mix of Coca-Cola, Mentos, and a bipedal combat walker.
The overall design resembles a box-shaped corgi mech equipped with elongated arms and reverse-jointed legs.
Mounted on its back are two oversized cola bottles, while the handheld weapon is a Gatling-style Mentos launcher, making for a hilariously powerful concept.
▼ In addition to the main unit, the Demolisher includes a large detachable trailer.
The trailer can be linked endlessly like train cars, or attached to the rear of COLAJI’s Activer vehicle for combined play.
▼ Pilot Figures
Both COLAJI (Corgi) and HUSKY (Husky) pilot figures feature two poses: standing and seated.
Their heads include posability with movable eyeballs, allowing for surprisingly expressive and “wise-looking” facial expressions.
Magnets embedded in the feet allow the figures to securely attach to the steel base plate.
▼ Articulation & Special Mechanisms
Both vehicles feature large magnets embedded in the feet, enabling stable one-leg standing poses on the metal display base and allowing for dynamic posing.
▼ The Activer’s waist can rotate laterally, and the cockpit interior features instrument panels, control sticks, and button detailing.
▼ The arms resemble flexible hose-like structures, but are actually composed of multiple ball-jointed segments, allowing the arm to be reassembled into an extended configuration on one side.
▼ The legs utilize a reverse-jointed structure, while the feet resemble athletic sneakers, providing a large contact area that allows stable one-leg standing even without the metal base.
▼ The primary weapon is a machine gun loaded with “Menthos.”
Anyone familiar with the Mentos-and-cola reaction will have a good idea of the explosive concept behind it.
The melee weapon is humorously named the “Cat Beating Stick,” designed like a chew toy.
▼ The two large cola bottles mounted on the back are single-piece molded parts, connected to the frame via flexible hoses.
However, adjusting their firing angle may cause the bottles to loosen slightly.
▼ Jet effect parts can also be attached to the cola bottles.
▼ Final Thoughts
As the launch entries for the original IP “Cat & Dog Special Task Force,” these two kits successfully combine adorable pilot characters with highly playable mechanical vehicles.
The build difficulty sits at a moderate level, making them suitable for assembling with friends, children, or even your pets (maybe).
And even if you’re building them alone, it’s hard not to enjoy the process. After all, when the pilot is a dog this cute, saying no simply isn’t an option.
