Pictures updated.

Stay updated with the latest toy news. Animester x Fish Toys has released a 21/9 Jile Xixing Tianpeng. Let's assess its performance through the official photos!

▼ Through the transparent outer packaging, you can directly see that the main body inside is wrapped with several protective films, ensuring adequate protection during transportation. The back and sides feature the official images that were previously released.

▼ Complete list of accessories.

▼ The lanterns hanging on both sides of the pig head hat contain LED magnetic control light sets, with magnets designed inside the suspension strings at the bottom of the lanterns. (Button battery CR927 is required). The magnet triggers two stages: gradual brightening and dimming of the light decoration.

▼ Additionally, it comes with 3 small dumplings and a steaming basket.

▼ The stand base is built on the core structure of the golden reconstruction, with added stone slab texture details and paintwork, as well as some ancient-style embossed borders. It retains the original small accessory storage drawer structure. The bottom features this collaboration’s logo.

▼ The stand is made up of five adjustable pivot sections, which are very helpful for posing or standing the main body.

▼ The overall height is about 22cm (1/9 scale), and the design almost completely overturns the traditional “Zhu Bajie” image. Perhaps the wild boar skin hat on her head is actually the main feature? After the transformation into a more feminine form, it amplifies her mischievous character, turning her into a lovable “little devil.” It would be fun to imagine her saying “small fry~ small fry~” to Sun Wukong.

▼ The pig head hat and red suspension cord on the top are made from soft PVC material, with detailed representations of the fur, tusks, and metallic embossed decorations on the surface. However, due to the large size of the animal skin, it does put some strain on the head joint. Therefore, it’s recommended to place it on the head last when adjusting the pose.

▼ After removing the animal skin hat, you can see that Tianpeng-chan’s purple-blue hair has a tuft of hair at the top. To highlight the well-shaped body with the rubberized figure, her outfit is designed to be very “wild.”

▼ The leather armor is meticulously detailed, with realistic representations created through painting to produce natural light and shadow transitions. A necklace adorned with tusk ornaments hangs around the neck. Against the dark-colored outer armor, the soft muscle lines on the waist, back, chest, and abdomen stand out even more. (PS: The good news is that the soft chest and clothing are not glued down; the bad news is that it is not removable.)

▼ It comes with 4 interchangeable facial expressions (default, smiling, angry, and shy). Each expression allows for adjustable eye angles. The eyes are quite snug, so it’s recommended to use the included metal adjustment stick to make the adjustments.

▼ The shoulder joints are made of alloy within the rubberized body, allowing for a lateral raise of up to 90 degrees and a front-to-back arm swing of about 180 degrees. When raising the arms, you can also see the change in the armpit lines of the rubberized body. The elbow and wrist joints are designed in the standard articulated doll style, offering a wide range of motion.

▼ Between the thighs and the black stocking leg covers, there’s a full “absolute territory,” with three distinct textures applied to the skin, stockings, and knee pads. Due to the stretchable nature of the rubberized body, the hip joints have a certain drop structure, allowing for a front kick of 90 degrees and a side kick of about 60 degrees.

▼ Considering the barefoot design of Tianpeng-chan, there are also two different styles of interchangeable bare feet.

▼ The Nine-Tooth Rake, as Tianpeng’s primary weapon, features an animal head relief design on the rake head. The prongs are made of soft rubber material, and the entire weapon has been treated with a weathered finish to enhance realism. With its well-designed movable joints, it is very easy to pose the weapon in dynamic, tension-filled stances.
